To continue to meet Gettysburg Municipal Authority's mission, GMA has instituted work from home and/or alternative work schedules throughout the company.  It is our hope that this effort will help mitigate and/ or prevent the outbreak of Covid-19 within the community, GMA staff and more importantly within our defined company divisions. GMA staff feels confident that we can perform our duties, meet our standards while still meeting GMA's mission of providing our customers quality water production, treatment and customer service they have always experienced. 

We encourage you to manage your GMA account online using our Customer Portal.  With 24/7 access to the portal, you have a secure & convenient way to view your balance, transactions, bills and to make payments.  Simply log onto our website www.gettysburgma.com , click the Pay Bill button then click the Customer Portal link. If you need our support with your account, please send us a message through our GMA website by clicking the Contact Us button. 

Gettysburg Municipal Authority has suspended late fees until further notice.  If you are experiencing a financial hardship, please call 717-334-6738 to discuss your eligibility to enter into a payment plan arrangement.
