A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GETTYSBURG MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY (“GMA”), ADAMS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, REVISING AND UPDATING GMA’S RATE SCHEDULE, RELATIVE TO RATES FOR SEWER SERVICE, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008, PURSUANT TO RULE 1.32 OF GMA’S “RULES GOVERNING WATER AND SEWER SERVICE” (THE “RULES”), AS APPENDIX 1 THEREOF
WHEREAS, GMA, by its Board of Directors, has determined that it is necessary to revise and update its Sewer Service Rate Schedule, effective January 1, 2008, pursuant to Rule 1.32, setting forth GMA’s rates, rentals and charges, as Appendix 1 to the Rules; pursuant to and in accordance with GMA’s 2008 duly adopted Budget, such sewer user charge rates must and shall be increased by fifteen percent (15%) as of such effective date, to cover increased operation and maintenance expenses, as well as mandated capital improvement projects for GMA’s public sewer system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Gettysburg Municipal Authority (“GMA”), Adams County, Pennsylvania, by its duly appointed and incumbent Board of Directors (the “Board”), and it is hereby RESOLVED, by the authority of the same, as follows:
The GMA Rate Schedule (Appendix 1 to GMA’s Rules), relative to Sewer Service, is hereby revised and updated, effective January 1, 2008, and is hereby adopted and incorporated herein and in GMA’s Rules.
The complete GMA revised sewer rates schedule is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at the GMA office, located at 601 East Middle Street, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania 17325.
